چکیده

Abstract How to effectively reflect the randomness and reliability of decision information under uncertain circumstances, thereby improve accuracy decision-making in complex scenarios, has become a crucial topic field decision-making. In this article, loss –aversion behavior decision-makers non-compensation between attributes are considered. Furthermore, novel generalized TODIM-ELECTRE II method linguistic Z-numbers environment is proposed based on Dempster–Shafer evidence theory for multi-criteria group problems with unknown weight information. Firstly, evaluation its provided simultaneously by employing Z-numbers, which have ability capture arbitrariness vagueness natural verbal Then, used derive basic probability assignments theory, consideration both inner outer reliability, article employed Dempster’s rule fuse evaluations. Subsequently, conceived environment, considers compensatory effects bounded rationality decision-makers. addition, criteria weights obtained applying Deng entropy deal uncertainty. Finally, an example terminal wastewater solidification technology selection offered prove framework’s availability robustness. The predominance also verified comparative analysis several existing methods.

Decision Making with Unknown Data: Development of ELECTRE Method Based on Black Numbers

In multi criteria Decision Making, the decision maker wants to find the best alternative among a set of alternatives in order to satisfy a set of criteria. Traditionally, decision making models are based on crisp data. The shortcoming of these data in capturing the reality and lack of information persuaded researchers to develop decision making methods with uncertain data. In this paper, the EL...

Multiple attribute group decision making with linguistic variables and complete unknown weight information

Interval type-2 fuzzy sets, each of which is characterized by the footprint of uncertainty, are a very useful means to depict the linguistic information in the process of decision making. In this article, we investigate the group decision making problems in which all the linguistic information provided by the decision makers is expressed as interval type-2 fuzzy decision matrices where each of ...

Todim-fse: a Multicriteria Classification Method Based on Prospect Theory

This paper introduces TODIM-FSE, a multicriteria method for classifying alternatives based on Prospect Theory. TODIM-FSE therefore relies on the TODIM method combined with the Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation approach. TODIM-FSE makes use of the innovative “contribution” concept, not used previously for multicriteria classification purposes. This notion is central to the classification procedure of T...

A multi agent method for cell formation with uncertain situation, based on information theory

This paper assumes the cell formation problem as a distributed decision network. It proposes an approach based on application and extension of information theory concepts, in order to analyze informational complexity in an agent- based system, due to interdependence between agents. Based on this approach, new quantitative concepts and definitions are proposed in order to measure the amount of t...
